inspection. The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected. I am determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity. For a buyer, I make sure that they know and
understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing. Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. I provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time I am finished. HVAC
PLUMBING
Structural inspections include; visual inspections of foundations, wall construction, floor structures, overhead structures and other supporting components
I will test heating, cooling and ventilation systems to determine operation and effectiveness. Air temperature drop tests performed.
Complete plumbing inspections performed on all plumbing components, including but not limited to; main lines, drain lines, vent stacks, hot water heaters, solar heating and septic systems.
Electrical inspection on the entire home will be completed. Examination of electrical panel, sub panels and wiring methods. Outlet/switch testing, appliances,and fixtures
Roof
A direct roof inspection will determine the roof material, roof condition, permits, life expectancy, ventilation present, flashings, soffits, facia and gutter system.
APPLIANCES
I will check operation of all appliances in the home such as; ovens, cooktops, range hoods, refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, washers and dryers.
INTERIOR
Examination of all interior components such as; floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, fire places, and all other internal components.
EXTERIOR
Exterior inspections include; exterior of home, irrigation systems, pools, screen enclosures, wells, fences, soils, and low voltage lighting systems.
